I am looking for some kind of document or step to Migrate SBS 2008 to Windows 2008+ Exchange 2010 with New Domain Name...

current domain is sbs.local ( SBS 2008/exchange2007 ) and needs to be Migrated to win.local ( server 2008 r2/Exchange 2010 )
abc.local is SBS 2008 with exchange 2007, number of AD users and Exchange mailboxes around 70-80
win.local will be new domain, New Hardware with Windows 2008 r2 and Exchange 2010
