Hi,
I currently have a customer with a SBS2003 server that is having trouble sending to one domain. This domain is held on a Microsoft server (mail.messaging.microsoft.com)
When my customer sends an email they get a delivery email with the following information:
Subject: Delivery Status Notification (Relay)
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Your message has been successfully relayed to the following recipients, but the requested delivery status notifications may not be generated by the destination.
If I also check the exchange logs then I get:
SMTP Store Driver: Message Submitted from Store
SMTP: Message submitted to Advanced Queuing
SMTP: Started Message Submission to Advanced Queue
SMTP: Message Submitted to Categorizer
SMTP: Message Categorized and Queued for Routing
SMTP: Message Routed and Queued for Remote Delivery
SMTP: Started Outbound Transfer of Message
Message transferred to bigfish.com through SMTP
If the customer sends an email to the company from an IPhone it works and everything looks the same in the exchange logs?????????????????????????
I have done a blacklist check on different sites and all have come back clean along with a SMTP test on mxtoolbox.
It seems as though all messages are getting to the servers their end? Im on office 365 for email and everything is going to me fine.
Is there anything else I can try?
