SBS2011: Add New User wizard fails due to improper Sharepoint configuration?

The "Add a New User Account" wizard fails at "setting up an e-mail account". The Add User log-file in c:\Program Files\Windows Small Business Server\Logs\ has the following error: The WinRM client cannot process the request.The WinRM client tried to use Kerberos authentication mechanism, but the destination computer (servername:80) returned an 'access denied' error.

I noted that Sharepoint Central Admin v4 is listening on port 32145 where according to KB article 2619402 that should be port 18000. (Also Sharepoint Web Services are installed, do not know why – I have stopped them for now). Port 80 is being used as per the KB article. Should I change the port number, is re-running the Setup your Internet address wizard a better option, or am I on the wrong track altogether?
