We have an SBS 2011 standard. We recently had to rest our router. After the reset, I successfully re-ran all network wizards. However, we cannot access my SBS remotely (or connect Outlook to
the exchange server from a remote location). However, the internal website, remote website, and exchange server all work properly when connected from within the LAN to which the SBS
is connected. When I re-run the "Fix my Network" wizard, I get a message saying we have incorrect DNS
settings. The wizard then "fixes" the problem. But the problem reappears every time I re-run the wizard.
Our domain is registered with godaddy.com and seems to be properly configured:
DNS Manager: AvailableA | remote | 74.xx.xxx.xxx |
CNAME | e | email.secureserver.net |
CNAME | email.secureserver.net | |
CNAME | ftp | @ |
MX | @ | remote.domainname.com |
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
