I did a 2003 SBS to 2011SBS migration today, my 4th one in the last 5 weeks. After the the installation ran for close to 6 hours and rebooted several times. It appeared to finish there was a message " The installation of Windows Small Business Server 2011 Standard cannot finish". This was in the error log.
Setup encountered an error: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: The TME thread failed (see the inner exception). ---> System.IO.FileNotFoundException: The Web application at https://sites:987/ could not be found. Verify that you have typed the URL correctly. If the URL should be serving existing content, the system administrator may need to add a new request URL mapping to the intended application.

It appears that everything else was fine. When I run the BPA on the source server it tells me this.Image may be NSFW.

If everything has moved can I move forward and just forgat about Shareoipnt and the company website? Do I have to fix this problem and start over as the help file says? If the above roles have moved then how can I move them back to start over?
