Migration for Server 2008 SBS AD domain to Server 2008 Enterprise R2 AD forest

We a have an environment of 2008 enterprise AD forest. Currently we have acquired a small company that has windows 2008 R2 SBS. Now we need to merge their AD environment with us we need to migrate all AD object with SID history. Generally we are using QMM for migration after creating trust . So my question is how we can create a trust with SBS Domain? Is it possible to accommodate 2008 ent R2 as additional domain controller? Then trust creation .
