10 users, all use exchange/file/print, at least 8x concurrent SQL user for LOB app.
I want to virtualise (I think), although tempted to stick SQL on the base SBS server.
Current server running SBS2003 Prem, is now 6years old and starting to creak and groan.
Is this over kill?
- 512mb Raid controller
- 6x 300Gb SAS Hard drives (RAID10??)
- 2x Xeon Processor quad core
- 32Gb Ram (I was recommended 24Gb, but cost difference was only about 80GBP!)
Cost with the licenses coming in at 5.5K GBP. Would like to think we'd get atleast 5yr life cycle....
