Installing SBS 2011 Standard on a Dell PowerEdge T320. Originally tried this out of the box with Dell's build and had same issue. This morning I deleted and recreated the RAID to make sure the drives were clean and started the install myself using Dell's System Build and Update Utility. Selected to install updates during the installation and everything has went without a hitch until a reboot going into the desktop. Creating profile for the first time login and get the message below:
