Migrate SBS 2003 to SBS 2011 Standard on one server

Hey,

I am upgrading from a sbs 2003 to a sbs 2011 both standards. So I would like to upgrade on the same server. Is there a way to do this, like backup the sbs 2003 on a usb device and migrate the restore to sbs 2011?

I would like to skip the step using a secondary server to migrate from first sbs 2003 to the second one and the migrate back to first server wirth sbs 2011.
