I created a new user on SBS2011 last night and I got this warning:
Exchange Web Services encountered non critical error submitting welcome mail. Please consult Windows SBS log files for further details.
I have looked in the SBS logs and here is what I have:

I have run the BPA and there are no issues relating to this. The Webconfig file is fine (default setting...I did not change it when BPA 1.3 said I needed to). Everything seems to be running fine, but I can't find any true error message to help me fix this issue. The new users email seems to work and OWA works also...he didn't get the Welcome email. Exchange version is 14.02.0328.009 (SP2 RU5).
