Hello all,
Since Saturday, a client of mine has had no incoming or outgoing email thru their Exchange 2010.
They are running SBS 2011
Antivirus and anti malware have picked up nothing
Checked block lists with mxtoolbox, all clear
Noticed port 25 blocked on a port test. On further investigation I have had Telstra change the IP as they swore blind it was not their problem the port was blocked, which has unblocked the port, but mail is still not flowing
Internally the exchange connects to Outlook clients fine, mail appears to send, but is not received at the other end, webmail comes up, but sending mail turns up in drafts. Android phone texts turn up in Outlook ok. All other remote ports are functioning fine. I have tested the ADSL router, all ports through it are functioning correctly.
I have checked the Exchange mailbox and Public Mailbox are both mounted.
Have also run the ICS Wizard and Fix My Network tool, in sbs console. Has picked up no problems...
Rather perplexing... any ideas anyone?
