I do know that I can run RSAT to do the administration of users on the system from the GUI, but I am not needing this solution for myself, but for clients that are going to be using SBS independently from me and I would like to delegate out the creation
of users so that the HR personnel can create the users using the console to make their lives and my life simpler. However, I do not want to have the have the administrative access that they would need on the server locally to perform these actions because
of the SBS server being a DC. And, these users will not be close to good enough to manage things via RSAT tools, so that is 100% out of the question. Any ideas?
