We had to completely re-format the drive. We saved all of the valuable files and folders on our D: Drive. We moved them all back to our C: Drive and now when we go to delete the old backup files and folders on the D: Drive it just does not delete them. No message or error.
I did a search and when I went to try to delete them from the search Window there is a small box that comes up. No delete option, just Open, Edit, Print and Open With.
How do I get rid of these old folders and files I no longer need?
