We started with 16 Gigs on a fresh install of SBS 2011, Migrated from SBS 2003. Had the same trouble as everyone else with this OS. NO MEMORY LEFT!
We took it up to 32 Gigs this weekend and about 2 hours after people started using it, The Ram usage was at 30.8 usage and all of our Peachtree users started having Issues trying to make Peachtree work on their workstations. I kinda though Exchange and SQL may eat up another 16 Gigs but not that fast! Is this OS just a piece of work? and I don't mean that in a flattering way. The Server was built with one partition, So everything is on C:. I know what I have to do to fix it but this is our only server. So I have to do it and keep this server in production. I have bought new 15K drives so the server can be repartitioned and the OS reloaded. But it is also our only server and I have to keep it in service during the week. any good ideas dealing with these limits?
