I'm looking to find a firewall/router with SPI (Stateful Packet Inspection) on a budget. I've been eyeing the Cisco RV016. The network is about as small as a network gets but I'd like more security than that which comes with a commercial wireless router. Is it a mistake to go this low end? Is there an alternative that has a reasonably close price range? Would I be better getting a used router or is it important to stay as close to the edge of technology for reasonable security?
For example ZyXEL ZyWALL ZWUSG200 Internet Security Firewall with 4 Gigabit LAN / DMZ Ports, 2 IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, and 3G WAN Support???
