Hi,
I have a client running Outlook 2011 on a MacPro running Lion 10.7 (all updates installed), in a SBS2011 environment.
Her exchange account is set up and works to an extent, but she has constant issues with syncronisation errors and server timeout.
I have searched around and made all of what I can see to be the necessary adjustments in the Exchange Web Services config to the timeout limits and maximum attachment size etc. but it doesnt seem to have made a difference. she also has issues whereby emails are sent twice because of the timeout.
We have also completely scrubbed and rebuilt the Mac and reinstalled the office suite as a precaution
I'm starting to run out of places to look for help on this issue hence my post here.
can anyone offer a suggestion, or can i post the contents of the config file here for someone to cast their eye on?
