For several years we have has an SBS 2003 using an address of 192.168.0.1 with a DHCP server serving up the same range We have also had a SCO UNIX box at 192.168.1.50 (1.50 not 0.50) to stay out of the DHCP path. The SBS 2003 box was set up in a way that
workstations could access the other network stations on 192.168.0.xxx and we could also start a terminal window to log into the SCO box at 192.168.1.50. Over the weekend we had some problems with a power failure and I had to reconfigure both NICs in the
SBS server. Now when the SBS server is on I cannot ping the SCO box, but everything else works, and when the SBS 2003 box is down, I can ping the SCO box but can't log in. My network guy is not available and I am desperate as our business runs off
the SCO box.
