Hi, all.
I'm planning a migration from SBS2008 to Windows Server 2012 Essentials and an extra WS Standard with Exchange 2013 CU1.
What I'm planning to do is:
- Install a virtual guest with WS 2012 Standard and add it to the SBS2008 domain.
- Install Exchange 2013 on it.
- Migrate from from Exchange 2007 (SBS2008) to Exchange 2013 CU1.
- Uninstall Exchange from SBS2008
- Start installation of WS2012 Essentials in migration mode (on physical server)
- Follow the migration guide from Microsoft on this
Anyone see any problem with doing Exchange-migration completely before migrating the SBS2008 itself? Could there be an issue with the Remote Web Workplace?
And - has anyone found an official guide for this approach?
Best regards,
