SBS2011, new user account missing .local email

I just created a new user account from SBS Console. But in Exchange Management Console, under this user account, i only seeuser@company.com, I did not see user@company.local , while all other users have both. So i had to manually added .local

I created this account as usual and smooth, what could be the problem??
