Hi
We have an sbs server 2011 with a message showing in the poison message queue which seems to be stopping emails flowing. Each time we reboot the server they seem to come in/out and then stop again. However until yesterday i wasnt familiar with the poison message queue and am now struggling to view the message in the queue and find out first what it is and secondly how to manually remove it.
Also Exchange management shell seems to be incredibly slow in accessing the queues
Does anyone have any ideas or assistance please?
