Hello,

After migration to exchange 2010 from SBS 2003 and trying to install a CA I get a failed to connect to Active Directory Server "olddc.domain.com here" when clicking on anything in the exchange management console.

For some reason email still works even when sending emails outside to the internet but I can not access the server shares from the workstations. I have not finished installing the CA because I am not sure if the CA caused this or not. When i do a dcdiag I get "No suitable default server credentials exist" so I am thinking the CA may be blocking it but I was trying to install a CA for activesync.

I just don't understand why the exchange management console is pointing to the old dc that I have already DCPROMO and decommissioned.

May I have some help?

Thanks,

smg.tech
