I have just set up an SBS2011 server and setting up the users and importing their data and emails.
The Client has a big contact list of 4566 contacts. These are for businesses they have used, contacted, clients etc. A huge list.
This list should be seen by everyone - At the moment we have it as a separate PST file.
Ideally this list should be in some area where everyone can read and write to it, so as different people talk to the companies they can update the details etc.
On SBS2008 They had it as a public folder, this didn't work great as problems with searching in outlook, etc. I also know 4 years ago Public Folders was something they wanted rid of in Exchange
So what is the preferred method for this?
Surely some of you have set up Contact lists like this before what did you do? what worked best?
