Are my disk i/o high

Hi Everyone,

I have a client with a SBS 2011 Standard box running with the following specs:

Quad Core Xeon E class, not sure which proc though

14GB ram system only uses about 80%

2 Raid 1 arrays consisting of 2 drives each, Seagate 7200 RPM 1TB

My question is that they are experience some slow performance when opening shared files or browsing the files shared on the server, so I setup a data collection for disk i/o and ram usage, cpu has never been a concern because it is almost always pretty low. Rebooting the server seems to eliviate the problem for a short bit. Here are the results and I am unsure if they are high, low, avg. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I averaged out the 5 days of collecting the data:

% Disk Read Time       161.176

% Disk Time        192.0165

% Disk Write Time     30.84

Avg Disk Queue Length    12.496

I might alos throw this in as well. The client's server is hosting the database file for American Contractor and Accubid programs as well, should I considering moving these to a new box?

Thank for all your help and suggestions
