Console.exe crashes CLR20R3 Platform.not.supported

Hi Guys,

i had installed VMWare on a SBS2011 and now i uninstalled. Just wanted to test if it works on a SBS2011. Now i get a error, when opening the sbs console. This is the error:

I read many topics and tested every solution i found, but nothing works. Perhaps someone have an idea?
