SBS 2011 Standard and UCC certificates from GoDaddy

Hi,

I have a specific setup, let me explain:

- Installed a SBS 2011 Standard

- Our domain is hosted at an ISP provider which hosts our web-site. We use web-connecter to fetch our mails, and send mails via our Exchange server.

- I have registered remote.ourdomain.dk with at DynDNS as ourdoamain.mine.nu (with our router external IP address).

Now I want to install a certificate. When I connect to remote with the selfissued certificate it works and on the address bar it says "ourdomain.mine.nu/remote".

I have bought a SSL certificate at Godaddy with 5 sub domains, and have to install the certificates. Which domains should I register? When I paste the cert-info into Godaddy it suggest following domains: ourdomain.dk and server02.ourdomain.local. Should I add others? Like the one registered at DYndns: ourdomain.mine.nu?

Hope you can help.
