Windows SBS 2008, Windows 8 and security certificates

Good Morning, In 2003 I prchased a file server grade machine and SBS 2003 and had it professionally installed for me. In 2009 I again purchase a new server and had my SBS 2003 migrated to SBS 2008. During this time my desktops were running XP, Vista and Windows 7 most recently with Office 2007. All was working fine until recently when I upgrade my workstations to Windows 8. Now everytime I start my Outllook (connected to exchange) I get two (2) Security Alert pop-ups saying

Security Alert

XXX.XXXXXXXXXX.XX (domain name)

Information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed or changed by others. However, there is a problem with the site's security certificate.

The first and third items show a green check mark but the second one says "The security certificate has expired or is not yet valid"

Do you want to proceed? The Yes / No / View Certificate buttons are available.

Viewing the certificate shows an expired date range but will not allow any action except OK. After clicking on OK I'm returned to the previous screen where I'm put into a loop if I click on NO but allowed to Proceed if I click on Yes.

My issue is that from 2003 - 2012 I have never had these problems with using Office 2007 under previous desktops but now that I have upgraded to Windows 8 this problem has started. Does anyone have and answer as to how to get rid of these pop-ups.Please remember that when it comes to changing data on a server I'm a total novice since it has always been done for me.
