Error Migration Wizard Prep Tool MBCA engine

Hello all

What we have: SBS 2003

What we are planning to go to: SBS 2011 STD

During the migration wizard prep tool, it raised the domain and forest successfully, it updated the schema successfully but it error out during the health can using MBCA engine below is the log.

Any ideas?
