It is a Dell PET610, PERC H700 raid controller, 8x600gb 15K HDD's.
The server is clean install of SBS2011 on the R1 (600gb virtual disk) as supplied by Dell. 6disk R5 currently empty.
There is a potential requirement for SQL in the future, and an RDS solutions. I'm not familiar with virtualisation, and I have read as many pro's as cons on the subject so my current thinking would be to purchase an additional server if and when needed with SBS Prem, either for both RDS and SQL, or just RDS and put SQL on the main SBS box.
SO, do I leave it as it is, or trash it and go R6 or R10?
