I'm having problems where the hosted mailboxes for a customer are filling up with trash mail because SBS doesn't DELETES REJECTED MAILS.
why would i want to retain those mails in the first place?. Loggin in manually with a pop client or some sort to deleted the mails is not a valid option.
It also happens when it rejects mails due to size

how can i fix this so it properly REJECTS the mails in the pop3 and at the same times send a NDR to the sender(if needed), because right now, if someone sends an attachment over the size, the sender or receiver NEVER receives ANY kind of NDR notification, they simply assume the receiver got the mail ok and this can lead to some serious productivity issues
