SBS 2008 Self signed certificate

Hello,

I have a client running Windows SBS 2008 standard edition. When the server was originally setup the certificate that was created was "mail.domain.com" instead of the standard "remote.domain.com". When I renewed the certificate, i renewed it for "remote.domain.com". Now the companyweb site doesnt work. Is there a way I can create a certificate to get the "mail.domain.com" links from outside the organization working?
