Multiple Versions of BPA and sbs 2011

I have a SBS  2011 Standard. 

When I run windows updates, there are about 6 different versions of the Best Practice Analyzers that come up in optional updates.  One is for WUS, Active Directory, DHCP Server, File Services, Network Policy, Application Server.

Am I suppose to run these versions also, or just the one for SBS?
