SharePoint Mapped Drive Missing Files and Folders

My client has been mapping a network drive to their SharePoint Library named Shared Documents for some time now.  This has been working file until recently.  They can still see all of their documents and folders in SharePoint through Internet Explorer.  When they try to access the document through the mapped drive, they only see 17 documents.  None of the folders show up and there should be more than 17 documents in the root of the library.  The documents that do show up actually are in the root of the library, there is just not enough of them and no folders.

I think it is unrelated, but this is the only SharePoint error that I see in the Application Log:
