SBS 2011 forward a copy of all incoming mail to internal address

Hello, Is it possible to forward a copy all incoming mail to a internal mail address on SBS2011??
I know I can set every mailbox at "mail flow settings" to "forwarding address" with "deliver message to both forwarding and mailbox". But is this possible to set for domain/all users (except the receiver of course)??
