Hi, a customer told me his mail subfolder 'Vendors' had disappeared. She already checked the other folders to make sure she didn't moved it to an other folder by accident. I took a look and check the 'Recover deleted items' options first. Happily if found the delete folder and recovered it. The result is a folder called 'Vendors (recovered)' with all the subfolders per vendor (Vendor A, Vendor B, Vendor C, etc) but no mails inside the folders?!
Exchange has a retention date of 30 days and the folder disappeared 2 days ago. Where to look for all the missing mails?
