SOME senders (send external mail TO the SBS2011) cannot send and get a error after a few days.

user@domain.nl (mailaddress of existing user in SBS2011)
retry timeout exceeded
The strange thing is that when I do a test from https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/
No error at all. From other external senders no problem at all.
Someone from an internet provider told me that he did a test and that he couldn't telnet to the server (exchange).
Is this right? should this work or is this normal on SBS2011??
I have GFI mailessentials installed but in the logs the mails did not receive nor the exchange log.
Anybody a hint?
regards,
Marc
