SBS 2008
Service pack 2 for the server is installed
Exchange 2007 Service pack 3
Exchange Update Roll up 8 for SP 3
BES Express is also running (not sure if this is relevant!).
2 users have experienced the same thing. 6 months worth of old emails which had been filed into sub folders or deleted have all of a sudden ended up back in their inbox and are no longer in their sub folders?
Not even sure where to begin troubleshooting this!
These emails are actually back in their live mailbox. All users are working in Cached mode, but taking them out of cached mode and the emails are still there, and logging into OWA the mails are indeed in their mailbox.
Any urgent help on this appreciated!
