SBS2011 / Win7 - VPN error if a connection is dropped then reconnected - 'The System detected a possible attempt to compromise security...'

Hello, I have two locations connected via Cisco RV082 routers, the link works 100% fine, login, network drives, exchange operate as usual, however if the network connection is dropped for one reason or another, let's say the internet goes down for a few minutes, when the connection is reestablished a Windows Security box pops up asking for the users network password, as soon as they enter their credentials they get the error 'The System detected a possible attempt to compromise security. Please ensure that you can contact the server that authenticated you'.

The only way to fix it seems to be with a reboot. Is there any easy work around here? I've read in a couple of other places that pointing all traffic through the VPN is a solution, but with that would be a massive drain on the upload bandwidth on the other end.

Thank you.
