We have a Windows 2003 Small Business Server that is having problem to open shares by IP address, for example \\10.0.0.222\share1 is not working, it is ok to open the shares on other server or pc by name \\hosta\share2.
However, if the shares are at this server itself. Both ways \\ip or \\hostaname are not able to display the contents in shares. Please see the screenshots for the error message.
BTW, I logged on as one of domain admins: administrator.
I have tried to remove the network device from device manager, and re-install Windows server 2003 sp2, update the network driver, reboot the server, stop RRAS service. Still, NO LUCK.
Please help for other options. Thanks in advance.
