User on SBS-2011 gets locked. I unlock her, give a new password, log out and when I log in with her new credentials it's locked again.

Hi there,

a User on SBS-2011 gets locked. I unlock her, give a new password, log out and when I log in with her new credentials it's locked again.

She works through VPN or RDP.  She also complained that Outlook asked for a password during connection and that her own credentials are not the right ones.  Workstations have Windows 7 and she is the only user having login problems lately.

Anyone any suggestion.

Looking with the tools I can see it's locked. After unlocking it using Microsot unlocking Tools I try to log in and it's locked again.

I deleted the user, but left the mailbox live.  Created a new user, because it was not possible to create a user with the old name after havng deleted the user.

Afterwards I connected the mailbox to the new user. Old mail is gone, but the mailbox works fine.

I'll import a pst file that I'll create from the local OST file.

I'd like to get to know the reason, so it can realy be solved and tell the user what went wrong.

So help me, if you can.
