I'm running SBS2011SP2 for our network of W7 Home Edition machines. SBS is sharing three folders on the network. One of these I need to mount in order to host QuickBooks, which uses a shared file in spite of being SQL based.
I've set up the share on a number of machines in the office without problem. However, one machine simply refuses to connect. If I look in Network the server ("CUBE") appears under "Other" (instead of Computers) and double-clicking it attempts to connect using IE.
Using Map network drive... simply does not work. CUBE does not appear in Browse, and typing in the UNC results in a "can't connect" error. It is as if this particular machine cannot see the share on the network.
Any ideas?
