KB2863058 Winter Time patch is not applicable

Hi,

We have a SBS2011 server.

This patch simply throws out a "update not applicable for your computer".

I made sure I downloaded the right one for SRV2K8 R2.

All other updates have been fully installed on the server.

What am I missing?
