I have multiple VPN users working offsite around the country all day. However, some evenings users cannot connect to the VPN. I am having trouble tracking down the cause, as it works fine all day. The only unique event that seems to proceed the VPN issue is that the USB backup drive is swapped. I have two WD Passport drives that I swap every day at 6pm, and it seems shortly after this is when the VPN stops working. I have no clue if its related, but it seem really odd. They are WDBY8L0020BBK-01 which don't appear on the compatibility list, unless they are technically NESN drives, which seem to have issues.
