Cannot access https://server:987

Hello, 

 I am trying to access the internal website from RWW and I am receiving "Internet Explorer can not display the webpage." I believe that I am receiving this error because port 987 is not set up correctly. I can access the other features in RWW and I can access http://companyweb. I can not go to https://server:987 internally. I am not sure where to go from here???

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
