SBS 2003 usage monitor report always shows no usage data

Hello,

We have a SBS 2003 server, and I cannot get the monitor usage report to function properly, it only shows "No usage data is available".

I tried to reinstall the monitoring features, tried many times to setup the monitoring reports and alerts, but to no vail, the usage report stays empty!

Any suggestions to get it going?
