I am having an issue with logging in using the Remote Web Workplace. When I sign into the computer it comes up with the Trust relationship between this workstation and the server has failed.
I have followed the obvious steps that I have seen in the forums:
Removed the workstation from the domain
changed the name of the workstation
changed the password of the user
removed the computer from active directory
rejoined the domain using the computer properties method and the "//connect" method.
I have also looked at other windows 7 workstations in the AD and made sure all the trust setting matched. Those workstations work fine but this one still has the issue.
It will work for a few days and then has the same error. I also added logmein to the workstation to see if I could use that as a workaround and it still had the same issue.
I am connected to a VPN on the office computer that never gets shut off. The VPN goes to a domain with the same name as my internal domain. Could that be causing the issue? Should I make sure that I close the VPN before I leave the office?
Sometimes, if I have someone in the office reboot the computer it will work but then it will have the same error if I try to remote in again.
This error happens using both the VPN connection and the Remote Web Workplace.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You.
