I installed Windows Small Business Server 2011 at a client over a year ago. Everything went well with the install. I have performed all of the updates including SharePoint Foundation with the PSConfig command without issue. They now inform me that the websites Companyweb, Connect and SharePoint Admin do not work. RWW and OWA are fine internally and on the internet. When I looked at the server, the Companyweb80 directory was missing and all of the settings in ISS had been changed. What I need to do is completely remove SharePoint, Companyweb and Connect. Then reinstall them clean. I have tried several articles in TechNet and nothing has helped. I think the only thing to do is wipe it clean and start over, but I cannot wipe the whole server. These websites are the only thing not working. Does anyone know the steps to reinstall these options?
