SBS 2011, Forefront TMG, Trend Micro WFBS, Exchange anti-virus and anti-spam settings?

I'd like to optimize the settings of these three systems so they work well together and repel as much spam and viruses as possible. I have the latest versions and patches for:

Forefront Threat Management Gateway (TMG) 2010
SBS 2011 with Trend Micro WFBS Advanced 8.0, Exchange Server 2010
I obviously don't have Forefront Protection 2010 for Exchange Server

Does someone have a nice write-up of the anti-spam, anti-virus settings for Forefront, Trend, and Exchange in my scenario?

Internet - Cisco router - Forefront TMG - switch - SBS 2011 with Trend.
