Server 2003 domain migration to 2012SE

I'm starting from Server 2003(32bit) domain. I want to replace it with the new 2012SE on new hardware.

I ran the prep tool from SBS2008 on the domain, (from a MSDN download).

Now I need to run the one from SBS2011, but that is not available to me. I need the SourceTool.msi  How do I get it?

The 2012SE Migration Prep Tool fails with bogus errors:
DFS Replicator error (service doesn't exist)
DNS error--I think its an incorrect error (-local server not in name server records --its there)
User accounts not trusted for delegation --(Administrators group is trusted for delegation.)

I'm hoping that when I run the Migration Prep from SBS2011, it will allow the 2012SE version to succeed.
