Hello all. I am running up a wall and I am a little lost on what to do next. I installed a new ver of SBS 2011 and did not think we were going to use more than 75 users to the system. Boy was I wrong. We are maxed out now and I am needing to get into a full ver of 2008 r2. I know I got lots of work ahead of me, but I was wanting to know two things from you guys. 1- If I can is there an easy way to do an "up grade from sbs 2011" to 2008 r2 or even 2012. or #2 would it not be easer to just install a sec server with 2008 r2 and move the AD over to it to run my network. I am thinking of just moving AD to 2008 r2 so I am not restricted to 75 users. In my mind exchange and SharePoint and SQl should all work just the same should it not. What is your thoughts. I just cant pull the plug on the server and rebuild it. WE have been using it for the last year and at 75 users and there emails. Ya that is a bunch of work for one guy. Looking for any thoughts or help on this. Thanks so much
