Win 2008R2 Standard not responding

Hi I know that maybe this is not right forum but I have problem that machine win 2008R2 standard which is host machine for various VM like SBS 2011, and some cluster servers. From this morning it won't respond. I can log in via remote desktop and directly but that machine is stuck (freezed) . I succeeded to start task manager (ctrl, alt, delete it seems that is the only thing that is working) , cpu is on a normal level, as well as memory usage. All VM on it (VMware Server 2.0 ) they are operational, I can access to them via RD, ping .....

I planned to shut down all VM and reset server, but I wanted to see if you can advise me to do something else and maybe solve this problem.

I used psinfo to query disk free space, just e: drive is a bit low , which I know. C: has about 30% free space.

I wanted to start remote event viewer in order to see if something happened and what happened, but it said Event viewer cannot connect to server <name> ; The RPC Server is unavailable. (In SBS 2011 firewall rule exist for inbound Remote Event Log Management)

Please , any advice is appreciated.

Thanks
